These Terms of Service explain the rules for using doodleholic.com and purchasing products from us. We've tried to keep them as readable as possible because we don't think you should need a law degree to buy a notebook.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using our website

You're welcome to browse, shop, discover new doodles and generally have a lovely time here.While using our website, we just ask that you don't: 

  • Break any applicable law

  • Attempt to access systems or information you aren't authorised to access

  • Interfere with the website's operation or security

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful material

  • Use our website for fraudulent purposes

  • Copy or misuse our artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs or other creative work

  • Reproduce or commercially use Doodleholic content without permission

3. Orders and account information

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the products in your cart. Please provide accurate and complete information needed to process your order, including your contact and delivery details.

We may decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Order cancellations

Doodleholic does not offer customer-initiated order cancellations after an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully check your products, quantities, address and contact information before completing your purchase.

5. Products, availability and colours

We do our best to make product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colours and other information as accurate as possible. Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Some products may also have small variations due to printing, manufacturing, materials or individual production.

Some Doodleholic products are produced in limited quantities, and availability may change without notice.

6. Prices, offers and discounts

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time. If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with one another. Individual promotions may have their own terms, eligibility requirements, expiry dates or exclusions.

7. Payments

We currently accept payment through the payment methods made available at checkout, including Razorpay and applicable UPI/Google Pay payment options. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping and delivery

Doodleholic currently ships orders through India Post / Speed Post. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on India Post's applicable service standards, destination and circumstances affecting the postal network.

We offer free shipping on orders of ₹900 or more within India. For orders below ₹900, shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable India Post / Speed Post rates, based on factors including package weight and delivery location. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

9. Returns, refunds and replacements

Our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it before placing an order.

10. Intellectual property 🎨

Doodleholic's illustrations, artwork, characters, designs, logos, product artwork, photographs, written content, graphics and other creative material are owned by Doodleholic or used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our creative work without our written permission.

Buying a Doodleholic product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property used to create that product.

Our doodles belong on our products, not on someone else's merchandise. 💛

11. Customer reviews, submissions and content

If you voluntarily submit a review or other content to us, we may use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as displaying a product review. If we would like to use an identifiable customer photograph, testimonial or other content for promotional purposes, we will ask for your permission before doing so.

12. Third-party services and links

Doodleholic uses third-party service providers to help operate the website, process payments, communicate with customers, manage orders, support product and gifting functionality, collect reviews, provide marketing and notification features, and deliver orders.

Our website may also contain links to websites or online services operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Doodleholic is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not operate.

13. Website availability and errors

We work hard to keep our little corner of the internet running smoothly, but we cannot promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely error-free.

If we discover an error relating to a product, description, price, availability or other information, we reserve the right to correct it. If the error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you and work out the appropriate next step.

14. Prohibited use

You may not use the website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the security or functionality of the website, or to introduce malicious code or other harmful material.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Doodleholic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

As Doodleholic grows, our website, products and services may change. We may therefore update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over matters arising in connection with these Terms.

If something isn't quite right, we'd much rather hear from you than leave you frustrated.
